Event Pictures| Lagoon Hospitals Event | 16 | | | Nigeria's First telemedicine centre was opened on the 6th of March. The telemedicine scheme is one of the first private initiatives in this direction and will be used by Lagoon Hospitals and eventually other members of the Hygeia Group to bring high level specialist medical care (both local and international) to patients with geographical distance using video-conferencing technology.
ipNX Nigeria Limited is providing the video-conferencing backbone for the initiative.
