You can pay for your subscriptions and telephone credit at any ATM machine that supports QUICKTELLER payments. Just look out for the name or logo.

Please note that the service currently works with Verve, Interswitch & Naira MasterCard ATM cards for now.

Follow the following steps to conveniently make payments at the nearest ATM:

1. Insert your bank card in the ATM machine and enter you PIN.

2. Select the QUICKTELLER option on the ATM menu screen.

3. Select the PAY BILL option.

4. Select the account type from which payment is to be made.

5. Select 'OTHER' option from the menu of selecting providers.

6. Enter the ipNX registered plan code from the table below (e.g. Family Plan - 11001):

7. Enter the 16-digit Customer ID (e.g. 180400000265) for internet subscriptions or 8-digit telephone number for telephone
credit (e.g. 16284060) for the voice service.

Note: You will not be able to pay for a different plan unless we are notified and we have changed your service plan.

8. Verify the payment of a convenience fee of N100 payable to interswitch.

9. Confirm your transaction details (i.e. customer ID and amount you wish to pay).

10. Your Internet will be activated or your telephone line will be credited instantly.
